A class designed for beginners interested in learning the foundations of Hot Power Yoga, as well as for practiced students wanting to revisit these foundations. Vinyasa (or Power) Yoga aims to heal, detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind with an emphasis on flowing movement and breath.
