Feature Friday: Melaleuca

Happy Friday Loves!

I just taught my weekly Coreworks at YogaWorks Chestnuthill and I am on my way to The Well Summit in NYC!! I am super stoked. I went to the first ever Well Summit In Boston and it really changed my ideas of health and wellness. It was kind of part two of my kickstart in Holistic medicine. I will say I had multiple kickstarts to my wellness career--- each of them sparking a new passion. One of my other kickstarters was my Yoga Teacher Training and learning so much about myself mentally.

Now that I think of it The Well Summit even introduced me to essential oils via way of Casey at Karmic Wellness who is my upline in DoTerra land. And what perfect timing, the first day of The Well Summit is Feature Friday!

This Feature Friday is going to be a never leave home without, can use for anything essential oil.

Feature Friday: Melaleuca

AKA Tea Tree Oil.

Not only is DoTerra’s the purest of it’s kind it is also the purest which makes it great for anything from skin care to wound healing to cleansing.  I have it in my purse at all (except actually right now because Chris took my last bottle on tour and I am anxiously awaiting my LRP for this month.)
