Quick Turn Around Smoothie!

Late night shift tonight turning around to early am shift at clinic means quick, easy, nutritional meals. In Clinic, I am usually on my feet from start to end time (which I love) but that doesn't leave a ton of time to sit down for a meal once I get there. Which means, smoothies are my best bet. They are easy to eat & Mess free but pack a nutritional punch.
Lately, I have been on quite the smoothie kick and it's great. The recipe changes everyday and to be honest, some days are better than others. My smoothie today was pretty tasty so I wanted to share it with you all!
So, What's in this guy?
Equal parts of:
- Spinach (I used 1/3 cup)
- Strawberry (I used 1/3 cup)
- Blackberry (I used 1/3 cup)
- Cherries (I used 1/3 cup)
- 1/2- 3/4 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of AukaLife Detox Powder
- 1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- 4 tablespoons of Vega Protein Powder
