Feature Friday: Grapefruit


Happy Friday Babes!  It’s a beautiful day to have a beautiful day. My love is back in town for about 48 hours and I couldn’t be more estatic. With Chris gone, I’ve been really diving deep back into my essential oil game to support my physical and mental health.  Part of that is, I have been doing the Whole 30 to help address my gut health issues (and some mental health issues). The other part is essential oils are HUGE part of my mental and emotional health care so with stress as work, my love being gone and kicking my business into high gear I’ve been slathering myself in them.
