As I reflect on another weekend past and look forward to another week to come I am grateful for the little things and excited for new opportunities & adventures. I wanted to share some bits of gratitude, some motivation for your week and some self care tips for a wonderful week.
Little Bits of Gratitude
The opportunity to teach two Awesome Workshops at Central Rock Watertown to help others deepen their yoga practice and give their body a little extra love
Sleeping in on Sundays because sometimes you need to stay in bed & snuggle.
Extra long gym sessions with the boyfriend where you climb, run, lift weights & play around with half the gym to yourself
Friends that support me and let me kick their butt on Saturday AMs
Exciting new adventuring with the boyfriend, way more to come on that.

Current Self Care Obsessions
DoTerra Balance: My "why yes I do where many hats and yes I am a little tired but it's okay" life savior of an oil. When the craziness of daily life gets a little overwhelming in my head, I put this baby on my pulse points and take a nice deep inhale.

Child's pose: Sometimes you just to lay in child's pose for 45 minutes and call it your yoga practice for the day.
Green Juice from Mother Juice to re- energize and feed your body.
I tried Moju (Kale, Cucumber, Green Pepper, Celery, Green Apple, Orange, Ginger) and Touch of Kale (Kale, Spinach, Chard, Parsley, Cucumber, Celery, Young Thai Coconut)
Ramen: because nothing soothes the mind, body and soul better than ramen (and it definitely soothes a hangover as well)
