Dry Needling is a skill intervention performed by a licensed healthcare professional. It is the insertion of a fine filiform needle into the body to stimulate a healing response in the presence of neuromusculoskeletal issues and movement dysfunction.
Dry Needling can reduce local and referred pain, improve range of motion, speed up the recovery process after injury and reduce peripheral and central sensitization.
It is a great addition to injury rehabilitation and can be added on to any session at Live Good, Feel Good for an extra $15. It is also a good stand alone treatment if you have been training hard or have been under a lot of stress and tension. A 45 minute session is $55.
