MEET DR. KERRY.

I’ve been you before. The overwhelming amounts of stress. The constant ache or pain.  The bone crushing fatigue. The complete disconnection from your body. I spent years wondering why I was such a failure. I was a movement professional and a Physical Therapist, yet I couldn’t “fix” my body.   I was constantly tired, stressed out and in pain. I was tested for everything and the labs came up blank.

I was beyond burnt out.

I knew I deserved to feel better. I knew I deserved to feel GOOD. I knew I deserved a life of adventure, joy and pain free movement.

I’ve used my expertise as a Physical Therapist, my holistic approach of a seasoned Yoga Teacher, my deep love of nature and my own experience as a patient to create an approach to stress management, nervous system regulation and movement that fuels you. I’ll take you on a journey to come back home to your body.

And man, will it feel good.

Physical Therapy

Pain is so incredibly multi factorial and can feel complicated. Each person who walks in my door is different and therefore deserves, their own unique plan. Together, We take all the moving pieces of your life, your body and your mind into account. We consider it all— giving you a comprehensive, holistic approach to your chronic pain.

Stress Management Coaching

Feel disconnected from your body? Living in a fog but not sure why? Feel like you need a chance but don’t know where to start?

Here is your holistic, whole-life approach to stress management so you can live your good life. We dive into nervous system regulation, cyclical living, mindfulness, mother nature, and more. Together we create a movement and mindfulness plan that fuels you, not drain you.

Embodied Yoga Education

This is yoga teacher education that takes into account the WHOLE human— mind, body and soul. It blends creativity and understanding of energy with anatomy and understanding of the body’s system. I offer YACEP-approved continuing education courses for yoga teachers of all levels AND yoga students looking to deepen their practice.

The practice of yoga is a lifelong journey, and so is the practice of being a yoga teacher.

Group Classes & Small Group Training

There is magic in sharing space with folks and feeling the energy of being in a shared practice. I think that is why I love teaching group classes and small group training so much. I offer public in person and virtual in person and public classes and small group training. Classes include strength training, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, functional fitness, yoga sculpt and more.

Mother Nature

Mother Nature is an essential part of the Live Good, Feel Good Philosophy. Spending time outdoors is essential for our mental, physical, and emotional health and I have found great healing by spending time with Mother Nature. I incorporate elements and time in Mother Nature with each 1:1 client while also offering mindful outdoor experiences, guided hikes, outdoor group classes, and seasonal celebrations!

What makes Kerry different

I understand you. I was you. As someone who suffered from chronic stress and overwhelm, I know that all you want is to feel good in your body: at work, at home, on vacation, anywhere. I also get what it feels like to be falling apart without anyone knowing, to be full to the brim waiting for everything to spill out. I became my own healer when I understood that I had the tools within me and around me to help myself feel good. I truly began to feel good when I slowed down and created awareness of what it was my body (& mind) truly needed and I took action to show up for myself. My life changed when I started incorporating nervous system regulation techniques, mother nature, mindful movement, and seasonal living into my day to day life.
