Episode 10: What I’ve Learned from Low Back Pain

In today's episode, I discuss my recent experience with low back pain.  I think many people see a Physical Therapist and think.. they must never be in pain or they must always no what to do-- well that is definitely not the case.  I have experienced my fair share of pain and injuries and that is part of the reason I do what I do.  Join me as I discuss some of the precipitating events and my major takeaways. I learned a LOT from this experience and it was incredibly humbling.  I also share what I did to manage pain and what I am planning next. Tune in if you are struggling with pain and trying to make sense of things or if you're just curious about behind the scenes look at  what a PT would do.

Remember, this is NOT medical advice or a diagnosis. this is simply MY experience with low back pain and what I am choosing to do. As always, listen to your body and consult a rehab professional if you aren't sure!
