Stress Management 101

Do you feel constantly stressed? Is your brain fog getting the best of you? Have you tried EVERYTHING from yoga to modern medicine and still don’t feel good in your body?

I get it. I’ve been there. Completely burnt out, full of muscle tension, mind constantly racing. Every day you waked up and are already exhausting, you open your eyes to fatigue. You spend each day on edge, feeling like you could explode at the drop of a hat. Ever second you get to rest, you worry about what you aren’t accomplishing

It’s an endless cycle.
I know you’ve tried it all— yoga, meditation, exercise, even medication and food.

But none of it works.

And that’s part of the problem, you’re missing the root cause

and, unfortunately, there is no quick fix.

Truly managing your stress comes from creating resiliency and flexibility in your nervous system.

It comes from understanding your nervous system, regulating your nervous system, changing your habits and nourishing yourself on a deep, deep level. It is 100% possible to beat burn out and feel good in your body.

AND, most importantly, you are worth of feeling good in your body. You are worthy of living a life of fun and adventure

Through my own trial and error, I have found small ways and big shifts that helped me heal from burnout, manage chronic pain and deal with chronic stress. I don’t claim to get it perfect personally, I have ups and downs but I’ve learned the hard way, more than once how you can truly manage stress and heal from burn out.

Together, we will dive into topics such as breath work, mindfulness, cyclical living, nervous system regulation, lymphatic love, movement that feels good, and myofascial work. Through journaling, reflecting and creating sustainable rituals, you will learn how to take care of your own body and become your own healer. You will learn to trust yourself.
