In it, I break down the idea of a threat bucket or as I often call it the cup that is your nervous system. Learning about the threat bucket has been incredibly powerful in my own healing journey and I think it will be for yours too.
I also share about my personal experience with overwhelm and how even with all the tools, sometimes your cup still gets too full. Last but definitely not least, I share some tools to help you take a sip out of your cup and prevent overwhelm and an overstimulated nervous system.
oh, and I decided not to edit out my brief word messup and instead sing to you-- I'm only human and most days we could use the giggles.
